Photorealistic Vector

This was for a magazine cosmetics feature. I took the reference photo with a wide aperture to give a shallow depth of field togive that 'cinematic' look, made it black and white (to emphasise tonality and add a touch of class) and then copied the image into vectors using soft shadows and gradient meshes.
